This place went above and beyond to help my husband and I out! On our way there to drop off one car for an issue, the other car started having issues. When we arrived and dropped off the keys, they came outside and diagnosed the issue with the second car correctly, and free of charge within a matter of seconds. Then they took great care of our second car and got the issue fixed in a matter of a few hours. One employee (Nick) continued to communicate with us and let us know what they were finding throughout the whole process. Very great prices too!! Highly highly recommend this place!

While on vacation from Kentucky our car died. Had towed to Oswald Service & Repair. Every interaction with them was pleasant and professional. Ended up not being able to repair my car, (had to be towed to a dealership for warranty repairs) but they were always upfront about how long it would take them to look at it and quick to give us an update once they determined the problem. Would highly recommend!

Oswald did absolutely amazing. They were kind and super understanding and really easy to work with. They're honest and kind and will work with you to make sure you're completely satisfied with their work. As a young woman, I did not feel taken advantage of or talked down to like I do at almost every other mechanic I've been to. 100% recommend and will go again.
