Oswald consistently provides exceptional service for a great value. I've gotten quotes from other local mechanics and chose Oswald the last 3 times I have needed work done on a car because of their pricing and great service. Oswald’s is one of the only shops I trust, everytime they’ve been fast and easy to work with. They do an amazing job of communicating and educating. I have a good understanding of cars and do majority of work myself, however for the things I don’t want to do I’ll always choose Oswald’s.

My son is at BYU-Idaho and started experiencing a mechanical issue with his car. Local contacts highly recommended Oswald Service and Repair there in Rexburg. As a parent in a different state, I was concerned about whether the right diagnostics and service would occur. I have been using these guys for a couple years now and have a good sense of how they operate on a consistent basis. These guys consistently exhibit the highest level of professionalism. I love that they send a full inspection report directly to my phone for review. They go the extra mile to show each customer that they are valued. I love that they vacuum out my car and wipe down the glass as part of a regular oil change. If you want the bare-bones cheapest option, go to one of the National chain places and have the 12 year old working there try to service your vehicle without ruining it. If you want your vehicle to be serviced/repaired properly and have a great customer service experience while you’re at it, then go to Oswald.
