Not from Idaho Falls but was told by a friend that Oswald does a great job. Since then my wife and I will only take our cars here because of the excellent service.

Hands down best experience ive ever had at a car place. My card wouldn't work there and they spent a good half hour on the phone trying to figure out why it wasn't being accept and instead of sending me out the door without my car we worked out something. The folks there know how to treat ever customer with respect and care. I'd recommend this place if youre looking for fast and efficient service.

Very professional! I had my truck serviced here for the first time a couple months ago. They found water in my front differential and were great at educating me on what had happened, why it was bad, and getting things back to normal. They really care. I would recommend to anyone!

I have been a customer of Oswald Service for years and never had a disappointing experience. They are conscientious, helpful, reliable, honest, reasonable and very courteous. I am honored to call myself their customer.

I took my Lincoln in at 8 am and Oswald's diagnosed the problem causing my Lincoln to overheat, ordered the fan assembly to fix the problem, and performed the repair by 1:45 pm. In addition, the mechanic discovered that my coolant concentration was too diluted (I'd added water without enough coolant when the engine overheated) and brought the concentration up to spec even though I'd forgotten to mention the issue. The speed, thoroughness, and friendly service that Oswald's provided was the best I've ever experienced at a repair shop. And Oswald's use of phone, text and email to keep me informed every step of the way was very convenient and helpful. I've found my new one stop shop for all my service needs.
