Chris said he has been a customer of this business for years, and the staff always goes out of their way to take care of his vehicle in a timely manner. For his last service, the location he brought it into was really backed up, so they towed it to another location they own, which was about 25 miles away, for no extra charge, and they brought it back to his original drop off location when the service was finished. He also mentioned the prices are fair.

Worst experience ever. My car's left back window is broken. It cost $50 to diagnose. I'm fine with that. I decided not to fix it because it's gonna cost $500+ to put a new motor and a regulator. When I got my car, I found that they didn't put the parts back and the mechanic scratched the door. I went back to ask what's wrong. The man (maybe manager) said the mechanic didn't even touch the door. Can anyone believe? Horrible service. Definitely not suggesting to go. Updated :this problem has been resolved by the owner!

I wasn't sure how long it has been since I'd had an oil change and, because I've been ill, the car hasn't seen much use. However, my sister may need to use it this summer, so I wanted to be sure it has been serviced. I was also concerned about a tire that looked low. My sis took the car in, explained the situation. One of the great mechanics looked the car over, changed a belt, checked the tires. There was no need for an oil change since the car had only been driven 200 miles since the last one. I know for a fact that there are less reputable places who would have not honestly dealt with me. I'm never disappointed by the service i get from Oswald Service and Repair.

We did end up with a missing bolt on the engine cover when we got home, so we will have to go back and see if they still have our bolt.

We scheduled an appointment to get out truck running again. They got us our truck back in great running shape the same day. They were super easy to work with and very friendly.

Great fast and efficient service.
