The work done on my Blazer was great. I got it done just before the rains came. Amongst other items my wipers were not working and they got them to work! I was very happy because since then, it has been raining everyday. To me, they are life savers! I was able to go to work.

They were very friendly and got my car in and out very quickly. It turns out that it didn't need an allignment afterall, and we were not charged for making sure that everything was as it should be.

You did a wonderful job making me feel like you wanted my business even though my visit was only a free vehicle inspection! You were very curtious and kind to me also.

I simply can't say enough about how amazing it was working with the guys--and gals (Ashley) at Oswald. It has the most authentic family feel i have experienced anywhere. They truly care about their customers. Ashely was quick to respond to my questions and quick to get things in motion. I had a relatively large number of issues that needed addressing and they were able to handle everything. They were professional and prompt. Josh was the original reason i brought my business to Oswald as he is very intelligent, kind, and informative about mechanical issues. I won't be taking my Tacoma anywhere else. They were also able to offer me a military discount which i asked about but was not expecting. I so appreciate when a company thanks a veteran like myself in such a wonderful way.
