Wonderful service Kevin is a little strange but we can deal with that

I’ve tried a few others around Rexburg. Most others have disappointed me. Poor service, bad customer relation and performing unauthorized work are examples of my dissatisfaction. I had an emergency, Oswald was quick to diagnose the problem and offer solutions and gave me options to choose from. I will be using them again for my needs....

I took my Blazer in to be winterized and some repair work to be done. My Blazer has been starting and running perfectly in the cold weather. I like the work and cheerfulness of the people at Oswald Services. They have done excellent work and kept my Blazer running. They treat me with optimism and respect. I really appreciate all they do. Thank you very much.

I went to Oswald because they were running a promotion and I didn’t want to drive 45 minutes to my usual shop for my oil change. My family and I have used the same service shop for more than twenty years, but I was so impressed by Oswald that I will continue to use them for as long as we are in the area. Their facilities are cozy, and the wait was comfortable. They got me in and out quickly and my car was vacuumed and had the windows washed when all I expected was a simple check-up. I am so so impressed! UPDATE: I went in to have more work done and there were some issues that occurred with me not understanding some of the services the mechanic said my car would need in the future. I left a pretty negative new review, which seems to have been deleted. That being said, I received an email after the visit clarifying the needed services, and also received a direct call from the mechanic after he had seen the review so that he could clear up the confusion. I was really impressed with the accountability and follow-up. Once again, I highly recommend Oswald.

I had a fender bender and brought my 23-year-old car in to have the steering looked at. The service guys were absolutely wonderful, scheduled at a time convenient for me, offloaded my car off the trailer, checked it out and loaded It back on the trailer. Very minimal charge, answered my questions and all with a great attitude. I am excited to change repair shops and will come back to Oswald’s from now on.

I take our company cars to Oswald's to have them serviced. They are very accommodating with my needs and I've always received excellent service.
