Our daughter was finishing school and preparing to move back to the east coast. Since I hadn't seen her car in a couple of years, I wanted to find a shop to do a safety inspection before the long drive home. With 90,000 miles, I was anticipating that her car would need some work. I am a weekend "gear head" myself, and quite capable in the garage. I am also a bit of a control freak. I felt somewhat helpless not being able to inspect the car myself. Taking a shot in the dark, I called Oswald Service and Repair. Jesse, the manager, was great! They performed a thorough inspection, then called me to discuss their findings. My mental list was much longer than Jesse's. Only needed tires and a couple of bulbs. The brake pads were getting thin, but could wait until she got home. That alone saved me hundreds of dollars. I then received an email with a checklist of items inspected, and their condition for future service needs. Thanks, Oswald! I've found some new friends!

I’ve had terrible luck at the last two dealerships I had taken my car in for service. I have always heard great things about their service in Idaho Falls so figured I would give them a try in Rexburg. EXCELLENT customer service and I was actually happy after I left! Will be back for sure!
