Full disclosure, I didn’t get my car repaired here. We had a fantastic experience with them customer service-wise and I think that deserves a 5 star review. My car wouldn’t start and my husband and I looked for a shop to tow it to. We called Oswald’s and explained the situation. They were extremely kind and stated they would be able to take a look at it within the next day or two. We ended up getting the car started and were able to take it to a shop closer to our home so we called Oswald’s back and let them know we weren’t coming after all. I was grateful for the awesome customer service we experienced here!

In my latest repair to my Ram 1500 I needed to have the front differential replaced and In the process doing this, they found the CV joints also needed to be replaced. I appreciated their attention to detail in making shore everything associated with the differential replacement was done.

Mona said she has been with them for 10 years, she has never had any problems with them, they have always been courteous, they have always treated her cordially and with respect They are all always wonderful.

Kristi said when her fuel pump went out near the Idaho Falls location, the staff bent over backwards to work her vehicle in. They were booked up at that location, so they asked if they could put it on a flatbed and take it to the Rexburg facility. She agreed, and they managed to take it to the other location, perform the service and get it back to the original location in just two days. She was really impressed and would like them to keep up the good work.
