Oswald’s diagnosed issue with timing chain and went above and beyond to find that tensioner for timing chain has a recall with Ford. Finding this issue saved me from spending thousands of dollars in replacing the timing chain, sprockets, etc. Nick spoke with me several times to review issue and talk me through the diagnosis. My heater was also not working, I had them do a radiator flush to ensure that lines were not getting plugged. Heater has been working great! Service provided was above and beyond, I can’t say enough good things about the excellent support and assistance I received throughout the entire process. Oswald’s will be my first call for any issues with my vehicles in the future! Thank you!

I have been to alot of auto mechanic shops in my life and they are always happy to see me coming. I don't understand the first thing about cars and have been raked over the coals so many times, until now. I was so worried that I was going to be told I needed 1000's of dollars worth of repairs but I wasn't. My bill was exactly what they said it would be and even told me that work that I was told I needed(at a different shop), didn't need to be done at all. Oswald's is the only place I will take my car.
