I had a problem with my wipers on my F-150. The first time I took it in the problem was misdiagnosed and came back a week later. When I brought the truck back the second time they were able to find the problem and subtracted the full cost of the first visit (with the misdiagnosed repair) from my bill.

Not only do the technicians at Oswald do a great work, but their customer service is incredibly kind and respectful.

Always honest and reliable…you can’t ask for more than that!
