If I could give more than 5 stars I would! These guys are hands down the best mechanic in all of Eastern Idaho. They go above and beyond every time I have repairs to be done. Josh and Nick are always willing to answer any and all questions that I have. They make me feel like family. Oswald's is the only place I take my vehicle for work to be done.

I have used Oswalds’s for many years and I trust them wholeheartedly with all my vehicles and repairs! I won’t take them anywhere else. They are honest about the work that needs done and I love their point system to let me know of repairs to be done in the future. I feel like they care about you and your vehicles and I never worry about the work being completed from a simple oil change to more extensive work. They are so helpful there and I appreciate the service!

These guys may have a wait to get in, but they have a wait for a reason. They are super professional, very upfront, and on time. Super happy with them. I did have something come up where I needed quicker service, so I went to another mechanic (Ruben's auto) in the area and while they took me in the next day, my car sat there for 3 days before they touched it, then messed around with it for 2 more days, and then they recommended a service that I didn't actually need! They wanted a full brake service, when I really just needed to replace the brake pads (easy to do myself). They wanted $471 for the job and I did it myself for $30. They also pulled out a wire from my stereo and didn't put it back, and left more lights on in my dash than when I came there! Oswald's fixed it all up for me and now I'm running good.
