I like the point by point inspection report with the severity of issues noted. It's common sense to prioritize what needs to be done first. The inspection was thorough and well-explained in person. I'm a new customer and the work done on the vehicle I took in a few weeks ago was totally professional.
The customer service provided by Oswald was outstanding! Not only were they very professional, they also went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of. I will for sure use their services again when the time arises!
Excellent shop and they will provide you with pictures and inspection sheet of the over all condition of your vehicle. They even found that my burnt out license plate bulb!!
