Vehicle stopped in middle of road. Josh made arrangements for a tow truck to pick up and deliver car to shop (all done late in the day). No unrealistic promises were made. Josh stated that it could be as much as a month due to other appointments. Well, to my surprise, he called a week later with the diagnosis and told me it would be ready the next day.! Oswald's are very professional in their business dealings and all repairs are outstanding. The Mustang is running great, better than it has for at least a year. VERY SATISFIED.
