The staff at the idaho Falls location are top notch. Very helpful, knowledgeable and fair. They have taken care of my car care needs for years and I feel have been reasonable and prompt with repairs. Always welcoming and friendly whether on the phone or in the shop. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. They are friendly and professional and tell you what's up and up front.
They just always do a great job and they're very professional. Prices are fair.. willing to squeeze my wife's old car in to look at it in emergencies.. as I'm a good repeat customer I'm assuming they do this for a good repeat customers... Minor adjustments in little fixes without charge... Don't count on that though because it depends on the circumstance I think... These guys are just really good fair and been doing great quality service for decades.
Appreciate that they let me drop the vehicle off and worked it into their schedule when other appointments didn’t show or canceled. Got vehicle back and it’s working again, it had a faulty alternator. I’ll be using Oswald’s services in the future.

Very friendly and polite staff. Communication was clear and prompt. I thought it was a bit expensive for parts and labor ( based on my own experience and online research) but the service so far seems to be done correctly.
