Oswald is the only place I want to take my vehicles. It can sometimes take a little while to get in, but it's always worth the wait. They are always able to find the problem and fix it. They never make you pay for more than you need. They are friendly and answer all your questions. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Car was leaking oil. They fixed it and let me know there were things they would fix and some things that could wait.

I can’t say enough about the staff at this place! Super friendly and welcoming. They answered my questions with easy to understand explanations. I was also surprised to see the full checkup they ran on the car - alerting me to things that may need attention but in no way pushing the service on me so I’m free to make that choice on my own. I respect that. This was my first visit with them but it will not be my last!

I'm new to Idaho and was recommended I came here when I started having car trouble. Absolutely glad I did! When I first called they were super friendly and helped be get an appointment as soon as possible. The front desk service was also amazing and answered any questions I had and very just overall credibility welcoming and warming. They have a texting and call service, so when my car was looked over they sent me a link to EVERYTHING about my car! It was super helpful! Also when I was working and wasn't able to pick up my car right away, they helped me pay over the phone and I was able to get someone to pick up my car for me. Great service and wonderful people, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Got us in promptly. Text when services were done and ready pick up. Called and asked to confirm work and if any other services was needed. Have been great to work with on our vehicles for several years now.

I had been told that my Honda CR-V needed to have the fuel injectors replaced for over $2000. The tech at Oswald's dug deeper and found it was something else completely and repaired it quickly and for far less. My Dad always took all of his vehicles to Oswalds. From now on I will too!

I love Oswald's. I had my 21 year old Lincoln Navigator in to have the serpentine belt replaced. Right before I picked it up the glue holding the the electronic window mechanism failed. It was not the fault of Oswald's or their employees but they repaired the window at no charge. Another example of their dedication to their customers. This is why I will only take my cars to Oswald's. They are not the cheapest place in town because they only use quality parts. I would vote Oswald's the most honest mechanic shop in town. Josh, Nick, and Kevin are the absolute best at what they do. They have been maintaining my vehicles for 11 years and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Thank you Oswald's, for another job well done.

I have never been disappointed in the jobs they have done for me. I think that they are awesome!!
