They were fast, friendly, and repairs were reasonable. I knew exactly what I was paying for. The diagnostic also comes with an inspection (includes pics) that indicates if that area is good / needs to be watched, or needs immediate attention. They also include the repair costs if that area needs attention for future repairs. I am super pleased with my experience and they will be my first call for my vehicle repairs.

I have been using Oswald Svc for at least 20 years starting when Kevin left Bybee’s on A Street and moved in to his Grandpa and Dad’s Svc Station. He and all of the people who work there have always been honest and trustworthy. My automobiles’ longevity attests to their skill and dedication.

Oswald Service was recommended to me by a few friends. I tried them out with my Ford Fusion. They found my problem and got it fixed. Wish though I was kept in touch of the time of repair as I had to borrow a friends car. Repair was great and would go there again.

Great service! I had a code popping up on my Jeep and took it in to Oswald’s, they kept in touch with me during the day and once finished, provided a very detailed report of what they found. I didn’t feel pressured to peruse anything. The communication was top notch! Their staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. I also love that they are local.
