This was the second time having work done on one of my vehicles. They quickly got my truck in the shop to diagnose the problem which was greatly appreciated. One of the problems was created by the Ford company themselves, but my truck was fixed quickly and back on the road. The folks that I spoke to at the shop were friendly and professional and I recommend them for any vehicle repairs.

This time coming to Oswald service to have the oil changed in my 2004 Nissan Titan was straightforward. They did a good job. I come to Oswald service based on past experiences. Oswald service has provided exceptional knowledge and compassionate service to me. One time I was driving and there was a situation with my truck I didn't know how to deal with. I pulled over, called Oswald service and talked to Josh Archibald. He kindly listened and gave me some advice which solved the problem. There is no other service station anywhere that has provide me such compassionate service! Also the knowledge of Bart at Oswald's gave me confidence that my truck (120,000 miles on it) could pull our 22 foot travel trailer this summer to Glacier park notwithstanding a little stretch in a chain (I believe) in the transfer case.
