Kevin and Nick at Oswald's always do an amazing job! What I appreciate most is how respectful and genuine they are at Oswald's, the entire staff is! They do a great job at listening to your request, and not just diving into a vehicle and fix whatever they 'think' is wrong with it. They take the time to make a proper diagnosis for your vehicle if something is wrong with it instead of just replacing a whole bunch of stuff that may or may not fix the problem. I have come here multiple times and saved money because they fixed the appropriate part and not just a pile of parts. I will always bring my vehicle here to get it fixed or for any maintenance!!

Two years ago my wife was driving from Washington state to Provo Utah when car trouble set in and it became obvious the car would not continue for long. From Washington I called ahead to Oswald as my wife coaxed the car along I-15 and into Idaho Falls. As she pulled into Oswald the car quit right there in the parking lot. We had no previous dealings with Oswald but they made time for her right away and within a few hours she was back on the road. I was very impressed with how well they took care of her that day.

They have always been courteous, friendly and professional. All of pi four vehicle’s have been serviced and or repaired in their shop with 100% satisfaction.

Guys are always friendly and thorough. Appreciate the personal attention and commitment to quality service. Been there a couple times now and think I’ve found my go-to shop from now on.
