Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

After my experience I would come here every single time! I went in today to check out some issues I was having with the car, they said they could squeeze me in and I came in early in the morning. Once they were able to look at the car, they told me the repairs wouldn't be worth doing on my vehicle. Very honest staff, helped me understand what all was wrong and potentially what else could be wrong, without looking too deep into the car, that would cause even more issues and be more expensive. After going in they send you a text link document of what all is wrong or potentially could be wrong. I appreciated that they did not just fix what I came in for and then sent me on my way, they were honest people. They also directed me to honest places in town where I could start looking for new cars. I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of their staff. They went above and beyond and I've never been so happy with going to a mechanic and the service that I received. I would definitely recommend and I will be going there every single time!!!

Absolutely had a wonderful experience here. Our driver side window motor has been broken for a while(2 years) and when I priced the fix in Utah before I moved to Rexburg the cost was going to be around $500 without labor!! Oswald was able to fix it for around $200 including labor. They also found a coolent leak and fixed a burnt wiring connected to my headlight that i was unaware about. Absolutely gave me great Customer service and called me before they did any work and made sure I was happy with the work they were doing. The communication was so excellent, definitely unheard of at other car shops. Will be returning if other issues arrived x

I am lucky I found this shop. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. Cost was con miserably less than Jeep service in Jackson.

Your lobby is inviting and the toy area is nice. Jesse was very friendly and offered me a hot drink which was very welcomed in this cold weather.

My daughter is going to school in Rexburg and was having car problems. My nephew suggested I take her car there, and they did a great job! Friendly, fast, decent price, and sent a breakdown of what was done and what needed to be fixed including pictures! I was totally impressed and would recommend them to everyone!
