It was my first experience with the new Rexburg location they were very professional, helpful, maintained open communication with me as a customer, they were responsible and very thorough. They we very fast and effective with the repairs on my car. The mechanic Jesse was very helpful in answering questions and keeping me updated it took away all the stress and allowed me to truly trust the mechanic and business as a whole. The owner was even able to pick up my vehicle in the morning so I didn’t have to risk driving it. I was able to see quality service at the owner and mechanic level and I would recommend anyone to go ahead and head over they truly care.
