High quality professional service at the front desk and back in the shop from everything I experienced. Everybody needs an honest mechanic and my first impression of Oswald's didn't leave me wanting more than I received.

Had my car in for an EVAP system leak. They were professional and on time. After it was all said and done, I was informed of some minor things that just need to be watched for now. Appreciated that a bunch.

I was very pleased with the service I received when I took my 98 Ford Ranger to Oswald repair. The problem with my vehicle was identified and fixed. I was told about other problems my vehicle had and told what to expect with it in the future. I felt like they were very fair and honest with me. I will definitely bring my vehicles to them in the future.

Thr repairs my truck needed were a known problem with its particular model and year and were going to be very costly. I appreciate that they were honest and took the time to explain that it's not worth spending the money and why, and that if it was their vehicle they would sell it and start over because there is no permanent fix for this particular problem. I'm sure it would have been better for their bottom line to quote me the cost for repairs and know if the back of their minds I would eventually be back to have the same work done again one day, but instead they gave me an honest assessment of what they would do so I can replace the truck while it still has some value. They have a customer for life.
