Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

These guys are honest and thorough when it comes to inspecting and servicing your car. This was my second time coming here but each time I brought a car here I felt like they were honest and fair with their work and pricing. I will keep coming back here for my time in Idaho when I need service on my cars.

The work was done quickly and I was treated with respect in the shop.

On September 17th I was traveling thru northern Idaho on my way home to Montana. I stopped at the Rest Area in Dubois. My car would not restart. I called roadside assistance. After much trouble finding a place to fix the car, my tow truck driver called Oswald Service. They said they could get my car in right away, so as to get me on my way. Once we arrived with the car, they took it right in. Determined all I needed was a new battery and the charging system was working well. We we're on our way in about 1/2 hour. The service advisor Jesse and Technician Tot were very professional and friendly. I would recommend Oswald's to anyone in the area needing auto repair!! Thank you Oswalds for getting us back on the road.

These guys were fantastic. Diagnosed a particularly difficult oil leak that we have tried to find several times previously at a different shop. They found it, fixed it, guaranteed it, and collaborated with the other shop to help cover the cost. Definitely the best auto-mechanic experience I've ever had. My daughter is a student, away from home in Rexburg, with a 19 yr old vehicle, and I feel much better knowing these guys are in her corner if she needs them.

I have used this company for years, started with the original Oswald company in Idaho Falls, then Rexburg branch. I have always been treated professionally, courteously and consistently in my dealings with them. I can trust their work and can trust what they advise for the upkeep of my vehicle.

Only been once, great place though. Honest and quick. I do recommend🤌🏻

Even though they didn’t have a magic button to fix my car they gave me a list of solutions and directed me to some other shops that specialize in the type of repair I needed. Great bunch of guys.
