We live out of state. Our son who attends college in Rexburg had his truck break down on the way to school. We called around to get a referral for a good mechanical shop. Oswald’s were highly recommended. We left it there on a Saturday when they were closed. They had a great “drop-off” set up. All of my communication with them has been over the phone. Jesse was my contact there. Everything went as discussed and expected, even though the work was quite extensive. I felt that they treated us in a very kind, honest and professional manner! I definitely recommend them!

I come here to get most of my vehicle work done and have always had a great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the prices are extremely fair. The only time I don't bring my vehicle here is when Oswald doesn't offer the particular service or because I have warranty stuff that needs to get done through a dealership.

Everyone inside was friendly, inviting and very punctual. They also didn’t doubt or questioned what I needed, but instead just went to helping me right away. When my car was finally taken in, they returned it to me in the quoted time and infact, almost sooner. Their work was quality and their customer service was on point. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

These guys are honest and thorough when it comes to inspecting and servicing your car. This was my second time coming here but each time I brought a car here I felt like they were honest and fair with their work and pricing. I will keep coming back here for my time in Idaho when I need service on my cars.

On September 17th I was traveling thru northern Idaho on my way home to Montana. I stopped at the Rest Area in Dubois. My car would not restart. I called roadside assistance. After much trouble finding a place to fix the car, my tow truck driver called Oswald Service. They said they could get my car in right away, so as to get me on my way. Once we arrived with the car, they took it right in. Determined all I needed was a new battery and the charging system was working well. We we're on our way in about 1/2 hour. The service advisor Jesse and Technician Tot were very professional and friendly. I would recommend Oswald's to anyone in the area needing auto repair!!
