By far the best auto repair service I've ever experienced. Oswald needs to start a national chain and they'll crush the car repair market. Secret sauce: excellent communications, great use of technology, extremely professional and friendly staff. I seriously just trust that they'll fix whatever the issue is, and then some, and they'll do it for a fair price.

My favorite thing about their service is their new program where they text you a link to an online portal. There you find information about the recommended repair along with pictures. You can then decide to accept or decline the repair(s). It makes communication a lot faster and easier. I needed a rather major repair on my Mercedes and thought I would take a stab at doing it myself to save money. I have rebuilt motors, but this job is beyond me, so I’ll be taking it back and having them do it. Well worth the price they quoted me.

To all (my car is my baby I love it more then life itself) brethren 10/10 would recommend these guys worked some voodoo magic after being told by 3 other shops it couldn’t possibly be done Oswald got my car 100% aligned the staff was very friendly and the in town shuttle service was a bonus plus with after hours pickup and drop off it’s super convenient
