I love the great work and the fact that there are no surprises! What needs to be done is always discussed with me and the options that are avalible explained.

They did great! I love the option that they send what needs fixed and you can choose what to fix and what not. You don't have to try and understand them over the phone and make a quick decision. You can ponder and think about it for a bit.

I would rather spend a little more money and get GREAT honest service then go to a jiffy lube where I feel like they are trying to sell me items that I don't need. I feel that everyone that works here is very honest and respectful.
