They did an oil change on our Explorer and the service was as scheduled and completed quickly with a thorough, routine inspection. The staff was very friendly and informative. Overall, excellent service as always.

Every time I take my car to Oswald's I have a great experience. From the front desk to technicians. I feel like I really can trust the work they perform. Also recently I went to pick up my car from getting an oil change and I realized I had misplaced my wallet. They were so kind an trusted me to go home and get my check book to return and pay them. I'm so glad they have a great repair and customer service team. A huge plus was that they vacuumed my whole car as part of the oil change.
