They couldn’t fit me in at Idaho Falls for two weeks and offered me a free tow to their Rexburg location and offered to fit me in 2 days later. Then, they got me in the next day. Pretty cool. They diagnosed a very annoying problem, got me sorted, and the car back before COB same day. Thank You and Great Service!

The automotive technicians at Oswald perform automotive services according to the highest possible standards. It is as though you have taken your car to a surgical suite at the hospital. Their shop is spotlessly clean, well organized, and their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They instill confidence. If you want your car serviced correctly, take it to Oswald.

They are always friendly, professional, and do a great job. My car always comes back repaired and smelling nice. They are honest, so they don’t fix something just so they can charge me. The only downside to a great shop is that sometimes I can’t get an appointment right away. However, the last time that happened, they took my car to their other shop (30 minutes away) so I only had to wait one week instead of two weeks.

Oswald is an amazing place. I had been dealing with mechanical issues for about 3 months, took my car to a different mechanic for the 1st bit and spent quite a bit of money but my car still wasn't fixed. I had enough and finally decided to take it to Oswald and 1st time taking it to them they were able to get my car back up and running again, finally! Nick was very professional and helped me with a lot. I would definitely recommend this company to others as well!
