I love coming in! I always dreaded auto shops because everyone is always so busy and unfriendly....but not Oswald's! Even though Nick was busy he still was courteous and friendly and answered all of my questions in a way that made sense and I never feel pressured to fix something if I can't afford it. They just tell me the facts and leave it up to me!

Staff demonstrate they really care and are very competent. Very pleased with the results!

I have used Oswald's several times in the past and they have always been upfront about cost and estimated time for repair. This last repair was due to a storm damage. When I couldn't even get a hold of my insurance they got it taken care of immediately. Good prices and more importantly quality work. I might seem biased due to the same last name but they have always done right by me.
