The customer service was wonderful and communicated everything a long the way. They gave me a detailed list of everything that needed attention so I could make the final decision. I am impressed and will continue to recommend and use Oswald.

Honest and up front and wont try to get you to have something repaired that does not need to be. I had my vehicle inspected by another company and they said I had about 10% of life left on my breaks. Oswalds inspected it and said you have about 20-30% left, and no need for repair at this time. I Highly recommend Oswalds!

Excellent customer service..cant say enough good stuff about this place. I remember in the past trying to get my vehicle in and there was a long waiting line understandably and I was able to finally get in and have work done on both my vehicles. I will never ever consider another mechanic shop to take my vehicles to.

I do not know anything about cars. The person I spoke to explain to me what was wrong with my car in a way I would understand very nice and great pricing.

I had an interesting predicament with a used vehicle I had just bought. They were able to look at my F150 and figure out what was wrong and fix it within a speedy time. Thought they were very professional and answered all of my questions. I was impressed and didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off like some of the previous mechanic shops I’ve been to.

Had them check out my car after it broke down. Needed exhaust work and a new engine, two taser boxes Oswald themselves do not provide. They got a quote for the exhaust from a muffler shop up the street, called me about it, and brought it in and picked it up for me. They also recommended a couple mechanics in town to do the engine swap. Very professional, just wish they did more in their shop.
