Oswald’s diagnosed issue with timing chain and went above and beyond to find that tensioner for timing chain has a recall with Ford. Finding this issue saved me from spending thousands of dollars in replacing the timing chain, sprockets, etc. Nick spoke with me several times to review issue and talk me through the diagnosis. My heater was also not working, I had them do a radiator flush to ensure that lines were not getting plugged. Heater has been working great! Service provided was above and beyond, I can’t say enough good things about the excellent support and assistance I received throughout the entire process.
