Jesse is very knowledgeable and honest. I trust his team to always find the issue and fix it right the first time, without costing you alot of money and time.

My husband and I took our car here after we had some engine trouble and they were great! Very kind and professional, and had our car done very quickly. However, when my husband and I went into the shop they only spoke to my husband, even though the appointment was under my name. Additionally, they only called my husband for updates, even though my phone number was the primary number listed, and my husband's was listed under "spouse." I have experienced this with every place I've ever taken my car into, so it's not a surprise, just a little disappointing. Besides this, we had a great experience at Oswald's!
