While traveling out of the area our truck threw the serpentine belt. I have so much respect for the work Oswald has done on our vehicles in the past I had my truck towed 160 miles to their shop. Turned out my water pump had frozen up. They said thei next opening wasn't for 2 weeks but would slid me in if there was a cancelation. They called 3-days later to let me know it was done Thank you Tim and Josh.

There was a problem with my starter and I needed it to be replaced it was expensive but I knew that would be the case for a starter but they got it done really fast and when I got in the car and noticed a different problem they took the time to figure that out so I really appreciated that.

Everyone at Oswald was awesome. I was back on the road in no time and price was really reasonable.

Fixed my problem with wireing fast

Just went in for a diagnostic. They did not charge and gave excellent feedback and recommendations. I plan to return whenever I need to get my car serviced. Everywhere else I called before these guys wanted to charge over a $100 for just a diagnostic.
