We have taken the car into three other places & prior to Oswald’s. Oswald’s was so quick to get us in & actually fixed the problem instead of telling us there wasn’t one. Thank you, you have won our business.

Yippie! We love it when a problem gets solved! Thank you for taking a chance on us. We really appreciate the excellent rating and review and we promise to continue to take great care of you and your vehicles.

Pretty disappointed in these guys. Nice enough guys at the counter but they should honestly be ashamed at the criminal prices they are charging. I'm not talking a little high. I'm talking over double a national average for parts and service. Support another local mechanic that doesnt price gouge.

Brandon, thank you for this review and for bringing this to our attention. It's actually surprising to hear that we are that "out of line". It's clear that you have done your homework on this and we'd love to discuss this with you more to understand how to improve. We tried to reach out to you but couldn't find your information in our data base. Please give Kevin or Josh a call at 208-522-1566 so we can discuss this further.

The service I received was incredible, from scheduling the appointment to picking my vehicle up. I am a big fan of communication, they let me know what was going on with my vehicle the whole time. I really liked the detailed inspection report that included pictures of the issues they found with the cost to repair them, so there were no surprises. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for being so professional!

Michael, you are so welcome! Thank you for your business and for the excellent rating and review. We don't take lightly the privlege of being recommended so know that we really appreciate that!
