I dropped off my Honda Accord one morning to see if they could fix a problem I was having with it shifting out of park. Since I did not have an appointment, I was not sure whether they would be able to get to it that day. However, I received a phone call from Josh at noon saying what the problem was as well as some other recommendations. They went above and beyond and did some extra things like clean the windows and vacuum the interior for no charge. They even were able to save me some money than what was originally quoted. When I came to pick up the vehicle later that day, I was greeted by name and explained everything that was done and was informed about recommended maintenance to be done in the future. There was never any pressure when I decided to hold off on the work until next time. I felt that they cared about my car as much as I did. Bottom line was that they fixed my car the same day and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be going back for all of my vehicle repair needs.
