I have taken my vehicle there twice and both times they were on time, the prices are reasonable, the GM is very friendly. My car was vacuumed. I will continue taking my vehicle to Oswald's !!

As a female looking into repair shops can be intimidating, as many times they try to take advantage of females not knowing basic mechanics. I admire Oswald's custmer service because in all of the times I have been there I have never felt like I've been misguided or misled. They're always upfront and honest about what needs repaired and the cost of those repairs. All of their employees are friendly and eager to help!! But, I have to say.... Josh has excellent people skills and provides amazing customer service!!
