Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

I took my Lincoln in at 8 am and Oswald's diagnosed the problem causing my Lincoln to overheat, ordered the fan assembly to fix the problem, and performed the repair by 1:45 pm. In addition, the mechanic discovered that my coolant concentration was too diluted (I'd added water without enough coolant when the engine overheated) and brought the concentration up to spec even though I'd forgotten to mention the issue. The speed, thoroughness, and friendly service that Oswald's provided was the best I've ever experienced at a repair shop. And Oswald's use of phone, text and email to keep me informed every step of the way was very convenient and helpful. I've found my new one stop shop for all my service needs.

They are the nicest people I've dealt with. I appreciate that I don't feel dumb asking questions. Josh in the front is A+ phenomenal at customer service. I've had great repairs and service done on all my vehicles here.

This review is long overdue. Oswald is the most trustworthy auto repair business I have ever dealt with. I was having engine issues with my 2012 Ram truck. They took a look at it and found that it needed a serious overhaul because of some sort of misfire in the engine. The repair would have been somewhere around 6k to fix. After they diagnosed the problem they went out of their way to see if it was still under warranty (which it was) and helped set me up with getting it fixed for free at the Dodge Dealership in Rexburg (The Idaho Falls Dodge dealership refused to honor the warranty, but that's a story for a different review). They easily saved me over 6k dollars. They are honest and do great work. I take all my personal and company vehicles to get serviced at Oswald. I can assure you that they are an honest company and you don't have to worry about getting scammed or ripped off. Thanks again Oswald, sorry it took me so long to finally give you guys the credit you deserve.

Rick said he took the vehicle in due to a noise coming from the power steering pump. The staff said they couldn't hear the noise but when he came to pick up the vehicle, it made the noise. They had to keep it for another day. The staff took the original power steering pump off and replaced it with a new one, but it failed. They got a replacement in and that didn't work so they had to keep the vehicle another day. It wasn't the smoothest transaction. The staff member he spoke with gave him a quote of $504, but the total was $553. They were willing to honor the quote. The business has been around for a long time and the business he works for has this facility service their fleet of vehicles. He gets a discount and that's nice.
