Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

Jessie is always so helpful and I appreciate the phone calls that keep me updated on my vehicle.

Awesome! Super friendly and polite, great with communication, excellent discovery and resolution, love the additional inspection to provide "no-pressure" awareness of other items of potential concern (for no extra charge). You can tell that they really care!

Great interpersonal skills. Does their own due diligence to verify an issue; doesn't rely on someone else's inspection results and as a result they saved me about $350. Excellent discovery and resolution. You can tell they care!

Great service. Fair prices. I didn’t appreciate all the extra costs that I wasn’t told about with disposal fees and shop fees. That wasn’t told to me in the bid.

Always completely satisfied with the work we have done at Oswald’s. They are very Wonderful people to work with and a great atmosphere.

Polite, swift, professional and reasonable. Who could ask for more?

I have used oswald services a few times now, and they always do a great job with all the problems my old car has. As well they are able to do it at a great price, and in a quick amount of time. They are very trustworthy and helpful mechanics.

Josh always does an amazing job and the boys out in the shop are great when doing inspections and diagnosing. I'm always pleased with the service and the customer service when I need work done on my car. Thanks so much for all the hard work!!!
