Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

In a day and time when dealerships often seem entitled and demanding and have undue waits in their service departments, Oswalds is a breath of fresh air. From the moment they answered my call (and must have used caller ID to immediately refer to me by name and must have looked up my account quickly because they were quickly referencing my vehicle specifically too) Josh was great! Helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that they are so good and popular that there is a little wait to get your car seen. But in the same way that a line at a restaurant usually means that the food inside is good, Oswalds has been worth the wait. Hopefully they can expand soon so that they can help more of East Idaho's car owners.

The guys at the Idaho Falls Oswalds have always treated me with kindness and have always repaired my car within a day or two of bringing it in. On several occasions, I have brought my car in assuming something was wrong because I heard a strange noise. I have ended up not having anything wrong with my car and they still perform a 31 point check free of charge. The employees at Oswalds are honorable, quick, efficient, and oh so kind. I never feel like an idiot when I leave. I have tried to tip them several times and they always refuse. I will continue to go to Oswalds because of their great service!

The reason I bring my vehicles to Oswalds in Rexburg is the store manager. He provides me with sound advice on what I need to do in relation to repairing my cars and trucks. He lets me know what is wrong and then help me understand what can possibly wait versus what truly needs to be fixed. Its a trusting relationship that keeps me coming back. I can tell you it has nothing to do with how he looks.

I took my car to Oswald's today and they were wonderful! They took care of me quickly and addressed all of my concerns. They listened to me and never made me feel pressured and I am positive they gave me the best advice. I will definitely be back!

This past February, my husband accidentally broke off the wiper wand attached to the steering column of my 1995 Honda. Having a 24 yr old car, I wasn't sure if this was replaceable. When I called Oswald's to inquire, Nick assured me a replacement part was available locally, and, they could get me in the next day. Since we were in the midst of the rain and snow season, i was thrilled they could jump right on it. The next evening we picked up the completed repair. The bill for parts and labor was considerably cheaper than expected. The part looked exactly like the old one and worked great. Just in time for the next day's snowstorm. Thanks Nick.
