Both times that my car has been in, they have been extremely thorough in checking for ALL possible problems with whatever is wrong, and always call before making any repairs or decisions. They are very detailed in telling you what they have done, what might possibly happen in the future if the problem could persist, and have stuck right to their quote each time. They use high quality parts and get them in as quickly as possible. Additionally, I really appreciate the print-out recommendation with other potential problems to keep an eye on and the ranking system that goes with it. Lastly, but certainly not least, their shop is clean and well-taken care of. I feel confident that the same attention to those details will be given to my vehicle. HIGHLY recommend.
