I went to Oswald's because of there reviews and most were positive . I see why, Very friendly staff . They got my car in and out the same day and the price was very fair. I would recommend them . As for me I have found my new mechanic shop!

Great service every time! I bought a radiator about a year ago on Amazon and of course it broke. Oswald was able to get it replaced the next day with a better radiator with better quality and warranty. Customer service is unmatched.

Excellent customer service, they got our vehicle right in, fixed it right away and it's done right.

Brought my car here to get fixed. They fixed my main concern at the time but didnt bother to check on my other issues. However they were very friendly, the Idaho falls shop was busy so they put my car on a flat bed and took it to there rexburg location to get fixed fast! It was super convenient! I wouldn't hesitate to bring it back again!

I have been going to Oswald's for 20 years. I had a great visit, ad usual. Even if today hadn't been great, I would still come back because I know Josh and Kevin would make it right with me. I trust them and no one else.

We dropped of our car at about 8:15 AM for air conditioning repair/recharge. The work was completed by about 11 AM and we picked up the care about 1130 AM - quite fast work. A/C works great.
