Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

Hands down, my favorite part of my experience at Oswald's was the inspection link I received at the end of my service! It was great to see the overall health of my vehicle, see connected videos that actually taught me something and pictures (proof) of what the technicians were finding. This solidified in my mind that I truly got what I paid for! Thank you!

Went in to the shop to get my coolant system replaced. They didn’t have any bookings until the following week in the Idaho falls location so they offered to take my car up to the Rexburg location free of charge so it could get done faster. They mentioned it’d be 2 days till it would be done and they ended up getting it done in 1 so that was a great bonus. Fast and friendly service 👍👍

I brought my car in on short notice and I know they are extremely busy but they were kind and generous enough to take a look and make sure it was in good enough condition for me to travel back to Los Angeles safely. With the world the way it is, it was so comforting to be treated with such kindness and respect. It is also really challenging finding an honest mechanic but I can honestly say that I will always recommend Oswald to anyone in the vicinity. They took care of me and everyone I talk to by word of mouth has the same great things to say. Best mechanic I have ever come across.

Always satisfied with the customer service and the integrity in which they do their work. I never worry when I take my car to Oswald's. The only other place I take my car is a tire shop because Oswald's doesn't sell tires :)

Exceptional service!

Customer service doesn’t get better than this! I have never before received the courtesy and respect from any service related to automobiles! Im not fond of most mechanics and dealerships. Probably a majority of Americans feel that discomfort of car repairs: that feeling of being “had” or “scammed”. Wow! I felt reassured when I walked in the door and was greeted warmly. The transaction was swift and friendly! I’m taking my car there from now on!
