I purchased new battery before winter season. Gauges were reading that battery was not charging and drawing down power. Les Schwab referred me over to Oswald. Oswald diagnosed the problem and found it to be my alternator. OSWALDS were very busy and booked out till the 18th. To my surprise I got a call on the 12th informing me my truck was finished . They replaced the alternator and it fixed the problem. Replacing alternator isn't the biggest job unless your truck is about to die in the middle of the street. Oswald techs and service writers are very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the showroom and attention to detail with little things. The price quoted to me was fair and very reasonable. I am not sure of their shop rate. I know it's less than dealerships because of the quotes I got for other work to be done. I will definitely recommend Oswald and I will use them again. I was very impressed with their service.

They are very honest. They never go over their price estimates. They may not be the lowest cost provider but they are totally reliable. The last time I went my car had a check ABS light on intermittently. This was a tricky problem because it was intermittent. Most likely it was the wheel speed sensor but they kept digging and discovered it was a broken ring in the axle. Totally fixed now.
